Water Cycle Model

This unique model demonstrates how water moves through various stages on the earth’s surface. Students will explore how water evaporates when heated, condenses on cold surfaces, and precipitates back into water. An incandescent lamp (user-provided) simulates the sun, supplying heat to evaporate water in the reservoir below. Ice cubes are used to cool the water vapor, causing water droplets to form on the cloud. The water falls onto the mountains, then flows back down to the reservoir. An activity guide is included.
