3B Scientific® Articulated Skull - 22 Pieces - Didactic Color Version

This casting from the nature of high quality, made of resistant and non-deformable plastic, allows you to fully understand the complex structure of the human skull. The 22 meticulously detailed bone parts fit securely into the clearly visible cranial sutures thanks to discreet and solid interlocking streaks that are perfectly adjusted. The skull can thus be manipulated without problems at will and in complete safety. It will not disassemble immediately and this is why it is advantageously distinguished from unstable models with magnets. The well-interlocking sutures represent in a very realistic way the junctions of a

real human skull.

Bones are represented by 9 different colors that withstand the tests of time and allow for a didactic approach. In fact, they highlight the different parts of the skull. The cranial plates forming a pair have the same color.

The different bones are attached together by a clever internal pin system that does not change the natural anatomy. Because of the large number of bones (22), this pin system has the advantage of being more stable than magnetic connections.
